Als u problemen hebt met een bepaald programma, verwijdert u het programma van uw iPad.
1. Als u geen programmagegevens wilt verliezen, synchroniseert u uw iPad eerst met iTunes om een reservekopie te maken van uw gegevens.
2. Raak het pictogram van een programma in het beginscherm aan totdat het pictogram trilt.
3. Tik op de "x" in de hoek van het programma dat u wilt verwijderen. U wordt mogelijk gevraagd het programma te beoordelen.
4. Tik op Verwijder om het programma en alle bijbehorende gegevens van uw iPad te verwijderen.
5. Druk op de thuisknop om het verwijderen van programma's te annuleren of te stoppen.
6. Ga naar de volgende stap om uw programma opnieuw te installeren.

Verbinding maken met het netwerk
Controleer of Wi-Fi is ingeschakeld en of u verbonden bent met een Wi-Fi-netwerk.
Tik op Instellingen > Wi-Fi. Als Wi-Fi is uitgeschakeld, schakelt u die in door op het aan/uit-pictogram te klikken.
De beschikbare Wi-Fi-netwerken verschijnen onder "Kies een netwerk..."
Zoek en tik op het Wi-Fi-netwerk waarmee u een verbinding wilt maken.
